Blizzard is a large company with offices and localization teams around the globe, which poses unique challenges and struggles that we constantly try to conquer to get better. How do we utilize regional teams to provide feedback to the content creators and help them make their product better? How do we make one team out of localization production, regional teams and vendor management? How do you juggle information flow around the clock as one person on the project? This round table covers the challenges and opportunities of the setup, the pain points and mistakes made in the past and the lessons learned. With Steven Garrad representing the regional point of view and Michael Radnitz the localization producer perspective, we hope to engage all participants, and to encourage them to discuss what approaches helped them so that we all might learn from each other.
