Game Global was designed as an event for stakeholders from the video game globalization industry (including text and audio translation and localization, localization and functional QA) to meet and share their endeavors, successes, best practices and research in a collaborative and transparent manner. You can register online through our registration portal which will be available when registrations are open.
Everyone who has an interest in any aspect of video game localization and QA. We welcome representatives of video game developers, publishers, service providers and students and academics with credentials.
Yes, students and academics are often granted a discounted registration fees. Details will be provided within the registration portal when relevant.
Yes! We offer discounts for groups of five or more. Details will be available in the relevant registration portal.
The event will be hosted on the Whova app, which is available both on mobile and desktop/laptop browser. Two weeks before the event, all registered participants will receive a link to create their profile and start exploring the app. Through the app participants will be able to access the agenda, attendee and speaker profiles and many networking opportunities. Presentations are also streamed live through the platform thanks to the integration with Zoom.

Yes, all those who have registered on the Game Global Digital Summit website will receive a registration code to access Whova two weeks prior to the event.
No, you will be able to watch the presentations directly through the Whova app and without creating an account.
Yes, all presentations will be recorded and will be available on the Whova platform for six months for all attendees who have registered.
It will be possible to purchase the access to the recorded presentations after the event. More information coming soon.
The quality of our presentations, the experience of our speakers, the openness of the discussion and the networking opportunities will be the same. The main difference is that due to the current situation in the world, we are moving the conference to our home screens.
Attendees from past events particularly appreciated the networking opportunities offered and we want our first Game Global Digital Summit to be as interactive as possible. The Whova platform will offer multiple networking options: access to attendee and speaker profiles, a social wall, connection to social media, games, polls, breakout rooms, a virtual lunch on and virtual drinks at the end of the event.
No, this won’t be possible. Only registered attendees will have access to the presentations through Whova and no link will be made available to share.
No, none of the presentations, round tables, panels, networking events or meetings can be recorded. We will record the presentations, round tables and panels in the program on our side and they will be made available to registered attendees through the Whova app.
Yes, you can join any time during the first or second day. If you miss any of the presentations, you can always catch them later when the recordings are made available on the platform.
Yes, all registered participants can choose to attend only one day and watch the recordings of the presentations they have missed. However, we only offer one registration fee that includes both days, there is no discount for only attending one day.
Apart from your computer, you can attend using any Android or iOS mobile device, including iPad.
The Whova mobile app will run on any Android or iOS mobile device. For the web app you will need to use a desktop/laptop browser. Note that Chrome works best.
