Testronic has been evolving its tactics regarding bug prioritization. With social media continuing expansion, the gaming community has a growing communication channel that has become very active in development decisions. Early engagement with the comments, concepts and views of the dedicated end user is essential to the fresh approach to bug prioritization. The presentation will share how Testronic is evolving with social media in order to find and fix issues in the most cost effective and efficient manner. It will also demonstrate how traditional techniques are used alongside more modern practices to grow client partnerships and prioritize bugs.
