The volume of player feedback across multiple channels including social media, online communities and user reviews, generates vast amounts of data. A significant proportion of this information relates to bugs in both pre- and post-release phases. How then do we harness the power of our player communities, to more effectively test, analyze, measure and evaluate, in order to prioritize which issues to fix, further enhancing the player experience?
