QA is generally an abbreviation for quality assurance. At King, QA is looked at in a slightly different way and development teams are engaged to secure the quality of their own products and processes. In this talk, an introduction will be given regarding how QA works at King and thoughts will be shared on why King’s QA methods are considered successful.
