James (Jimbo) Pfeiffer grew up in what was then rural Bellevue, Washington, and went to Western Washington University before joining Microsoft in 1998. He was in development for six years before joining the centralized test organization. Jimbo has been a quality manager at Microsoft for twelve years and shipped dozens of Xbox and PC games. He had a three and a half year detour as the test manager for HoloLens Experiences and is happy to be back working on games. Jimbo is currently the Turn 10 quality manager and super proud of the just released Forza Horizon.
