Sergiusz Ślosarczyk graduated in Japanese studies and public relations but as soon as he started his adventure with functional and compliance testing in 2010, he knew there was no going back. After moving to Madrid, he gathered professional experience in localization quality assurance (QA) while working for Electronic Arts on IPs like Battlefield, FIFA, Sims and Need for Speed. He continued his career at QLOC as a team leader and project manager (PM). As a PM Sergiusz oversaw projects for external clients and the QA process for in-house porting projects, including titles like Resident Evil 6, DmC: Devil May Cry, Ultra Street Fighter IV and more. As a QA director since 2014, he manages QLOC’s QA department that employs over 170 specialists, supervises the work of managers and leads, and is responsible for the coordination of all department activities.
