Stephen Laverick is the team experience director at Testronic. He is responsible for recruitment, learning and development, and the community of employees. Though he is based in Warsaw, Stephen’s current role covers the UK, Europe and the United States. He has over 20 years of recruitment and learning, and development experience. Stephen has held numerous positions across the UK and Europe at various companies ranging from start-ups to blue chip companies. From a young age he has had a passion for gaming and still plays on a number of devices, so putting his passion for gaming and developing people together is like a dream come true!
